Hi, I’m Nici.
My pronouns are they/them.
I am a UX Designer and Queer Educator with over a decade of experience in digital design and queer education. My work centers on facilitating workshops on sexual identity, sexual health, and various DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) topics. I integrate this knowledge into my roles as a consultant, designer, and researcher.
With a strong foundation in qualitative research and teaching, I analyze systems, patterns, and human needs to inform my work in UX Design, Research, and DEI Consultancy. My aim is to bring a queer perspective to make products more inclusive and accessible. As a published academic author and dedicated queer educator, I am committed to promoting gender equality and inclusivity in design.
As a first-generation student with a migration background, I am deeply committed to creating equitable and accessible experiences for all.
